Apart from long waiting times once you arrive, their doctors are fantastic. I've seen a few different doctors at this clinic and they all have the high level of care and compassion you'd expect from a health care professional. Definitely would've been 5stars without the long (~30-45min) waiting times. Whether you arrive early or late.

Friendly receptionists, clean waiting room and consult rooms. Doctor is very competent in his profession and understanding. I would recommend this surgery. I've been going for as long as they have been on Council Avenue and before that when they were Woodbridge medical centre

I have always been happy with the Dr's I've seen. My new Dr Divia is so very through and listeners carefully to all you say. I was disappointed when Dr Gallagher left but so very happy with Dr Divia. The staff on the reception have changed except for Gaylene and they are all very nice and Gaylene is very helpful and a nice friendly manner. A very good medical centre.

Have recently moved to the area and struggled to find a nice doctor that I felt I got along with. Dr Chan has been lovely the past couple of times I've seen him, with a lot of kindness, empathy and compassion, and the reception staff have been friendly and kind as well. I'm really happy with this practice.

I had an appointment for a skin check with Dr Ong. He was on time, efficient but not particularly welcoming. The front desk staff, in stark contrast, were lovely.

Helpful friendly staff and doctor Sritheran is very thorough. Been with this practice for over twenty years when they were at Woodbridge medical centre. Only reason I can’t give five stars is the wait time is always twenty minutes longer than scheduled booking time.
